Shipping Policy

We are shipping all over the world with these methods DHL, UPS, and USPS except the United States. For the united states, shipping is standard and used a local delivery system.

Shipping Prices

For the United States, the shipping price is $7.00.

For all other countries, the Handling Fee is $4.00. The shipping rates for the rest of the world will be calculated at checkout and will be different for all countries and regions.

The shipping time for the United States is 3 to 4 business days

We usually ship from Monday-Friday. If you order at 3 pm or after 3 pm your order will be processed the next day but if you order before 3 pm then we will process your order on the same day. And you will receive your order in the given time.


Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your Tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Item not received

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your bag as once the item is bagged we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if the issues still persist kindly Email us at support@blu-horn.com we will try our best to assist you.

Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This may be due to technical issues due to which the tracking information is not updated on the app. In such cases, if you are still unable to locate your item, contact us at support@blu-horn.com we will be happy to assist you.
