Return And Refund Policy

RETURN :

We always try our best to send you your parcel with complete care and in perfect condition. But if you are not satisfied with our product you can return it to us in its original condition, original package and without using it within the 30 days. Original hangtags, packaging, and components should be there at the time of return or exchange.

Important Note:

Always use a traceable method and contact us before and after return and also send us the tracking number at our email support@blu-horn.com You are responsible for shipping and also if the package is lost in transition then it's your responsibility. So we advise you to use the best method for shipping like DHL, FedEx, USPS, and  UPS with a tracking number.

CHANGE OF MIND:

We usually did not accept a change of mind so we will not process any return and refund.

Who Pays the Shipping cost?

The customer will have to pay the return shipping fee.

CANCEL ORDER

We start processing when we receive an order and ship within a few hours so if you want to cancel the order so contact us immediately after the order. We will send your request to the processing department and inform you of the condition.

Refund

The refund is processed within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) after we receive your package. Once the return process is completed, you will receive an email with a confirmation. The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s), the credit should appear on your next statement. All returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days from the day you have received your order. A restocking fee may apply if the product returned is not in salable condition and in original packaging.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
